| Comments | :: | The wind was always off to the North East all day. When I arrived at mid-day, the rain showers were passing through and the wind quite light. Met Mike H who was heading home after he made friends with a haystack that seemed to have grown in the landing field. After 13:00 wind picked up and the lift became broken and lumpy with gusts blowing through. I had about 20 minutes in the air (although another pilot, Peter, managed about an hour.)Wasn't a great deal of fun to be honest but I just wanted to get a flight in at Combe before the end of the year, hope there may be something better coming soon! Only 2 left weeks to go :-( |
