| Comments | :: | Arrived about 1400 to find what appeared to be a light wind blowing straight into the bowl, as indicated by the farmers (stinking) bonfire at the the bottom of the hill. At t/o the wind was found to be about 8-10mph so pretty good. Joined by Andy Edwards and later Baggy and Ian P turned up. Had about 2 hours boating about the ridge. Some usable lift to be had quite a way out in front of the hill. Later the wind went very west as forecast. All in all an enjoyable and pleasant afternoon. |
