| Comments | :: | Windy as predicted and lots of hangies were flying with a few pgs airborne or waiting when I arrived at 1pm, then later on it lightened enough, so Rich Ford went off and I followed. Ian Pepper was trying his new wing out too. At last! my first flying at Westbury after several frustrating visits this year. All was wonderful until I biffed the landing and got dragged through the sheep and their deposits. Then a charming gent came over excitedly to tell me he got the whole thing on film and what is my email address.... no doubt the humiliation will be complete when he sticks it on you-tube. I'm told that tomorrow looks even better so here's hoping. |
