| Comments | :: | Quite a gathering for boxing day, didn't get there till 12.00 by which time quite a few wings on the hill but none in the air. Wind was always slightly off to the south but later in the day, picked up enough to give those with the patience, a very satisfying hour of enjoyable soaring. Wind increased and went lumpy but by that time most needed thawing anyway. Finished off with nice cup of tea provided by Kay (many thanks) and a demonstration of the Sayers cannon! You'll just have to ask Paul!! |
