| Comments | :: | Left london in heavy snow "knowing" that the conditions were going to improve and that it would be post frontal by the time I arrived at combe... Oh for 5mph! Sadly i had got the timing spot on, but the forecasters had underestimated the the wind by 5mph.... Beautiful sky, so went to hungerford for a coffee, rang windy and found that it was still too windy, went and checked out liddington and although it was probably just flyable, the wind was a long way off to the north. Somewhat crestfallen returned to london looking at an ever improving sky! Richard So nearly so good |
