| Comments | :: | Flew with brother Ben, about 70 miles on the motors from a field near Denmead in Hampshire, to Petersfield and on to Petworth. Landed for a sandwich on the Downs, east of Cocking, before flying back all on less than one tank on the Bailey 175cc. Very atmospheric in the low cloud but calm conditions. A lovely way to spend a Friday - obviously not as good as thermalling without the motor - but still fun!! |
