| Comments | :: | Whilst on holiday, near Berwick Upon Tweed, I managed to sneak in some very pleasant soaring with the seagulls on cliffs north of the town. Take off was from a childrens playground grassed area cut into the cliff! Behind them a caravan park with footpath along the main cliff edge. Plenty of spectators with one guy in particular who watched as though mesmerized. Eventually he called out to ask about the the winglets on my Advance wing! ( He'd done some microlight flying )The seagulls also seemed to enjoy my company as we played around in the silky smooth air. |
