| Comments | :: | Busy day with pilots coming from all points of the compass, especially with a BCC comp on. Counted at least 10 Thames members there. Left the hill in one of the early gaggles, but we were soon bashing our heads against the rough inversion. Without a cloud in the sky, lots of mincing around in zeros, and pimping off each other followed. Eventually after an hour plus of this several of us went on a death glide towards Hereford, and most decked it within a few fields of each other, but at least that meant a speedy retrieve by shoehorning 4 pilots into a taxi. D Hague and others seemed to take better line to the south of us, and went passed Hereford. Nice day out at this beautiful site. |
