| Comments | :: | Visiting my wife's sister for the weekend in Sheffield. About a 40 minute drive away is Bradwell Edge (see photos in TVHGC August Gallery) Not an epic day but well flyable until rain and strong winds arrived mid afternoon. Met up with Brian Holmes, ex TVHGC member. He sends his regards to all his old flying friends. This site gets amazing wave lift in certain conditions. I have been fortunate to experienced it twice here, once on a hang glider and once on a paraglider. |
