| Comments | :: | Lovey sunny day and rest from all the rain we have had lately. Arrived at 9am and walked over from GB and met John Morgan. Wind was light 6mph but steadily increasing. After a bit of ground handling and five others arrived we got about 45mins of soaring and odd thermal to play with and very smooth conditions. Landed after just after mid day when it got too strong. We sat it out and waited for things to clam down as it did around 4.30pm. We then had some top end but excellent soaring conditions until sunset. |
